44ck Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 44ck website accessible at https://44ck.io, including all associated pages, services, games, and betting products offered therein.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who has registered a 44ck account or is accessing the Platform for the purpose of using its services.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player on the Platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable incentives credited to a Player's Account under an active promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be processed.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software supplier whose games are made available on the Platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on 44ck, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 44ck strictly enforces the 21+ age policy and reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of 44ck or any of its affiliated Game Providers.

2.2 Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multi-accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any funds held therein.

2.3 During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.4 44ck reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any time during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) issued by the Platform. You must not disclose your login details to any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 You agree to notify 44ck immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. 44ck will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.3 44ck will never ask you for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any request for your full password purportedly from 44ck should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.4 The Platform employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions. Whilst 44ck takes all commercially reasonable steps to secure the Platform, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security. Players access the Platform at their own risk with respect to the security of their own devices and networks.

4.1 All Account Balances on 44ck are held and displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to your Account Balance following successful processing by the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Supported deposit methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account dashboard and are subject to change without notice.

4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. Players are responsible for reviewing the current limits displayed at the time of deposit. 44ck reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.

4.4 44ck does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person — whether a family member, friend, or third party — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension.

4.5 44ck does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees or charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider in connection with deposits to 44ck.

5.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a payment method previously used to deposit into your Account and registered in your own name. 44ck does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.2 Before your first withdrawal is processed, 44ck may require completion of identity and payment verification (KYC). You may be asked to provide a copy of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued identification document, along with proof of your payment method ownership.

5.3 Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method and are displayed within the Account withdrawal section. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash: typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Nagad: typically within 1–4 hours of approval
• Rocket: typically within 4–12 hours of approval
• Upay: typically within 4–12 hours of approval
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days depending on issuing bank

5.5 Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if a KYC verification is outstanding, if the Account is under investigation for suspected fraudulent activity, or if active Bonus Funds with incomplete Wagering Requirements are attached to the Account Balance.

5.6 44ck reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations before processing any withdrawal request.

6.1 44ck may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, seasonal promotions (such as Eid bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, or BPL cricket promotions), and other incentives to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to individual terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Funds may only be used on games and betting markets explicitly designated as eligible under the relevant promotion. Bonuses used on ineligible games may be forfeited without notice.

6.4 44ck reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already received a bonus and commenced meeting the Wagering Requirement prior to cancellation will be given a reasonable period to complete requirements at 44ck's discretion.

6.5 Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using arbitrage strategies to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

7.1 All bets placed on 44ck are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published in the relevant section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

7.2 Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake amount has been deducted from your Account Balance. 44ck is not responsible for bets that fail to process due to connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7.3 44ck reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, at odds that materially differ from the fair market price at the time of placement, or on events where the outcome was already known at the time of bet placement.

7.4 For live in-play cricket and sports betting markets, bets are accepted at the discretion of the trading team. 44ck may suspend markets at any time without notice and is not obligated to accept any specific bet.

7.5 Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement and may vary by Player account based on betting history and risk management criteria.

7.6 Winnings from settled bets are credited to your Account Balance promptly following the official settlement of the relevant event. Settlement is based on the official result from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football) unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 44ck Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one Account per person (multi-accounting)
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from 44ck
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform features
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt activity in relation to events offered on the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game software or the betting platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform as a vehicle for financial crime of any nature
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory using a VPN, proxy, or other technical circumvention method
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 44ck support staff or other Platform users
• Sharing your Account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your Account

9.1 All content on the 44ck Platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 44ck or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice on the Platform
• Use any Platform content on any third-party website or application without express written permission from 44ck

9.3 Game Providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game titles, themes, mechanics, and software. Your use of games on the Platform does not confer any ownership or licence rights in Game Provider intellectual property beyond personal use of the game as intended.

10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44ck shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings.

10.2 44ck's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or in connection with your Account or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3 44ck is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from:

• Interruptions or outages to the Platform caused by scheduled maintenance, emergency technical issues, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events
• Connectivity issues on the Player's side, including mobile network failures, internet service provider outages, or device malfunctions
• Errors or delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you failed to adequately protect your login credentials
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction

10.4 The Platform and all games thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11.1 44ck is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools they need to manage their gambling activity safely. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders from within the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps in BDT to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a chosen period (24 hours to 30 days) during which no deposits or bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from the Platform for a minimum period of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.

11.2 44ck strictly enforces a 21+ age policy across all products and payment methods. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed.

12.3 Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account by contacting support at [email protected].

12.4 It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for updates. 44ck recommends reviewing this page whenever you log into your Account.

13.1 These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and 44ck arising from your Account or use of the Platform, you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. 44ck will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 calendar days.

13.3 If a satisfactory resolution is not reached through the support process, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

13.4 44ck operates as a safe and reliable platform. We do not make representations about regulatory approval from any specific Bangladeshi government body. Players are responsible for determining whether online betting is lawful in their jurisdiction before opening an Account or placing bets.
